We will carefully wrap and package your purchased products. We offer a gift wrapping service for an additional cost. This option is available for you to select as
you go through the checkout.
We dispatch orders promptly and aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same day Monday to Friday.
We send all orders by Royal Mail First Class Postage. Royal Mail aim to deliver items sent this way within 1 to 2 working days.
We are unable
to guarantee the postage timescales as these are beyond our control. On checkout you may choose Next Day Delivery at an additional cost, for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Next Day Delivery placed after 2pm on Thursday but before 2pm Friday will be delivered the following working Monday. Next day delivery placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following working Tuesday.

We are able to accept orders from Customers in Europe and Internaional customers for orders of less than 8 metres. The following tariffs apply:
