*Customer Notice Changes to P&P*
Faced with another rise of postal prices by Royal Mail we have had to choose whether to increase our postage prices for every order or whether to send items by a slower & cheaper service. We decided to hold our postage prices at the same rate for the second year running and to send all orders by Standard post with an option to upgrade to First Class if you need your items more quickly.
This way no Customer has to pay more but if you do want a quicker delivery service you can opt to send by First Class. We now dispatch daily to increase speed of dispatch.

UK & European Dispatch Timescales
We dispatch orders every weekday. If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday we guarantee to send your order the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). All weekend orders are sent with the Monday dispatch.

Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day.
If you've missed the 2pm deadline & need your order quickly just send us an email as we may still be able to dispatch your order the same day.

UK Delivery Timescales
At checkout you can choose whether to have your order sent by Standard post (around 3 or 4 days delivery) or by First Class post (around 1 to 2 days delivery).

Please note we are not responsible for delivery timescales! We promise to dispatch in the timescales above and to send by your chosen method of delivery.

Next Day Delivery can be arranged at a cost of Standard delivery plus £9.99. If you need Next Day Delivery please telephone us on 08129 770733.

Post & Packaging Costs
We offer a simple, competitive & cost effective tariff:
Standard Post:
UK orders up to £9.98 cost £1.99;
UK orders of £9.99 and over cost £2.99;
First Class Delivery:
Additional 75p per order.
European orders cost £3.99.

International Customers
International postage and packaging costs is £8.99 per order.
