Amex Light Green 60 Waterbased Pigment Tint

Description Description: Amex Pigments are waterbased concentrated pigment tints that can be mixed with waterbased transparent and opaque bases, including discharge base. The produce Bright colours which are very similar to our pre-mixed waterbased and plastisol ranges. PVC, Phthalate, formaldehyde and heavy metal free. Shake the pigments well before use. Pigments should be added in certain percentage between 3% and 10 % according to different bases. Available in 250ml and 1L Features Strong Bright colours Good printability. Easy to use and mix Good washing resistance. Matte Finish.   Printing  To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade.   Additives   Cold Cure Catalyst. (for cold curing, or assisting wash resistance) Retarder (to slow down the drying of ink on the screen)   Clean up Please use Water or Franmar Aquawash or Multipurpose Ink Remover. Easisolv 701 is useful to clean up and remove stains.   Curing  Water Based Inks are cured at 165°C ideally for 2-3 minutes. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature and maintained for a fixed time, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.   More information.
