Description Amex Screen Sol QT LED With the growing prevalence of LED exposure systems, Amex now offer a unique product that is tailored for use with LED Exposure systems. QT LED is a Diazo Emulsion that will ensure that the emulsion will adequately harden throughout the entire thickness of the screen coating resulting in a more durable stencil and sharper detail. The correct amount of Diazo powder is supplied with each pot of emulsion, there is no need to purchase separate Diazo powder. This emulsion will work well with Plastisol and Water Based Inks and will offer good resistance to standard water-based discharge systems. Screen reclaim with standard Emulsion removers, for best results use: Easiway Supra (Dip Tank), Easiway 500 Concentrate or Franmar Strip- E- Doo.
