Description Description TS-VLR is a solvent formulated to break down the bond between Vinyl Letters and fabric. It is applied to the inside of the garment and then the Vinyl can be peeled off the fabric. It is very economical and fast acting. TS-VLR is a solvent formulated to break down the bond between Vinyl Letters and fabric.   How to use VLR is applied to the back of the letter using the applicator tip on the bottle. Simply allow a stream of the cleaner to soak through the back of the shirt into the adhesive. Pull the shirt to loosen the bond and start the peeling process. Turn the shirt over and peel off the unwanted letter or transfer. If any area sticks, simply apply a little more to the inside and repeat peeling process. VLR dries in seconds, to speed up the process simply shake the garment until dry. Should any adhesive be left behind, Take a rag with some VLR and rub the adhesive from the front to remove.
