This vintage safety razor uses single-edged hoe-type / wedge razor blades (forged blades, similar to those found on straight razors). An American razor of the Star brand, manufactured by Kampfe Bros around the 1920s. The razor is in fair condition; there is some wear to the finish, but it is complete. An original blade is included, as is another blade, along with the accessory for sharpening the blades on a leather strop. The blades are unrestored. The box is quite worn; see photos.
